Spinal Energetics is an amazing healing modality that helps release stored trauma, limiting beliefs, fears, doubts, and anything else your body and energetic field are ready to release. Different than healing modalities such as reiki, Spinal Energetics works within your own energetic field to soothe the nervous system through the energy of the spine.
The result tends to move through the body in the form of stretching, yoga poses, and whatever movement the body needs in order to help it unwind the stored, bound tension. Because these sessions can involve a lot of movement, we can not treat anyone with a heart condition or spinal/neck injuries.
Tiffany is the ONLY Spinal Energetics practitioner on Long Island. In-person, virtual, and group sessions are available.
Group sessions are incredible experiences. Everyone’s energies intertwine and help each other in the healing process, creating a deeper healing. We highly suggest Group sessions. 4 people max in each group.
